At Second Act Homes, we transform houses into homes. We care about the details and reimagine the potential of a home with each step of the construction process.
Our Priorities
We care about each phase of the construction process. No detail is overlooked to ensure the quality of each home that we put on the market.
MOdern design
Our flips may include modern backsplash, countertops, and fixtures in the kitchen, and spa-like features in the bathrooms, including glass-enclosed showers, and elegant tile.
Neighborhood
We seek out homes in up-and-coming neighborhoods and bring new life to forgotten spaces. We look into nearby attractions, schools, and shopping when we purchase a property.
Our Work
We give homes their second act, but it is our second act too, as we pivot our careers to real estate development. The flips displayed on our site were completed in collaboration with Amazing Investment Group (Amazing Realty).

Flips that Become Home
We redesign properties into spaces to spend a lifetime. We spend hundreds of hours searching for our properties, and make sure that any home we take on is the right investment for us, and the future homeowners. We work with subcontractors that we trust, and that have the same high standards we do. An old home is a beautiful canvas to start a renovation.
